REIKI SHAMBHALA |

SHAMBHALA REIKI I’ve been practicing apposition of the hands for some years now. I’ve been using this technique during the ayurvedic massages I’m offering in my practice. For a few months, I’ve felt the need to perfect my method, to train to gain more « finesse » in my healing sessions. This is how Shambhala came to me. I didn’t feel called to Usui Reiki. With Shambhala, it was something else entirely ! The Universe / Internet placed @aurelie.cielether on my path. As a Reiki master, Aurélie transmitted me the beautiful energies of Shambhala – a prolongation of Usui Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese energetic practice, Rei meaning « Universality » or sometimes « Divine Wisdom » and Ki, the « life force ». Ki being the Japanese equivalent of the Ayurvedic « Prâna » : everything is intertwined ! Although developed in 1922 by Mikao Usui, Reiki was used for thousands of years. This practice of hand placement can complement an allopathic treatment. Its principles are benevolence and gratitude : 2 vertues I have at heart. The name « Shambhala » comes from the mythical « place of peaceful happiness » in sanskrit. Shambhala has been developed by John Armitage in a bouddhism-tinged spirit, meditative practice, hand placements, high and pure vibrations, Love and profound presence… A lovely programme ! |
